Cancellation Policy
I agree to the payment terms for services rendered.
I also understand and accept the cancellation policy of Allie Montano Esthetician LLC, which requires a 24-hour notice to avoid the full service fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
The Cancellation and No-Show Appointment Policy has been explained to me, and I understand that any cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of my scheduled appointment will result in a full service charge. If I am more than 10 minutes late, my appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show.
All payments paid in full after the service is completed are non-refundable.
